Welcome back, everyone! Today is Sunday, week 8. Happy Mothersday!!

You can all breathe calmly today, as I will keep this blog short.
The past days I’ve mostly been working on finishing up my self-study and drawing some conclusions according to it.

I am now at the point where I can start reaching out to professionals in the field to ask for feedback on my findings. Knowing that I am still on track with this, and able to get the feedback in time, is very comforting to me. Another PLO that I can calmly work through, thankfully!

Due to my focus on self-study, not a lot has happened these past days.

After my testing of the waters on Thursday, I decided to take a bit more time to relax. The milestone was achieved, and I celebrated by taking it easy.

However, today I did have another milestone! For Mothersday, we went to the local tea house to have a high tea with the family. Once again a moment to test how my eating out would go. And to keep it short, it went fairly well! I was able to eat most of the snacks and did not get nauseous. It was a bit of a stiff eating experience, and I was definitely more selective in what I ate. But I was able to do so! And during these blogs, this theme might be very boring at this point, but these tiny victories are absolutely colossal for me when knowing that every bite outside my house was enough to make me nauseous. Every. Bite.

So today, we keep up the positive vibes! I’m starting to climb out of my own ditch, and I will love every step of the way.
