Hello, welcome all! Today is Tuesday, week 7. Today, I have fairly little to report on.

Yesterday was a feedback session with our internship assessor. During this session, the whole group spoke about our current progress, how we are feeling, and what our focus should move towards to reach our goals for this internship period. Obviously, the same goes for me.

This session has been rather insightful in getting back some priority planning for the upcoming weeks. Because I have been sick for so long, I threw all planning I had made for myself out of the window. However, now that I am starting to get some concentration and energy back, I notice that the lack of direction is making me slightly sluggish and stuck in my current process.

What does this mean?

It means that I have been too stuck in trying to improve my company, my own workflow, and my revenue, that I am forgetting to prioritise the work that takes the longest to complete, or has a longer response time. Which, in my case, is doing research on stress responses and the difference between introverts and extraverts and getting feedback from professionals on my findings.

Therefore, I will go down this alternative path for the near future and get up to speed with these topics.
It has to start with reading more about stress, what it is and what it does to the body, and what the main differences in personalities. I have a few books that can help with this.

Not too long of a blog today, see you in two days!

I think it is a wise choice to read something about stress relief. Because I think Seb he also had struggled with fighting against pressures. So it’s best for both of you to learn more about stress, otherwise it just too annoying, and it could drag you down. In order to avoid this situation, I think next time maybe find something that can relieve your pressure, such as watching movies or doing sports? Or perhaps an alternative plan just in case if this happened again.

  • I think after this feedback session we were all kinda feeling a little bit lost or not where we wanted to be. And I think the whole idea about the blog and the feedback session is seeing where we are at. And they help. Good luck with your research i would love to hear about your input.
